The
PaymentAmount
field fails validation because the value '0.0' doesn't meet the minimum constraint of '1.00'. This occurs when bank information for direct debit is incomplete or partially entered.Error message

Solution 1: Complete the bank information
- Go to .
- Select theDirect Debittab.
- Enter data in Columns K, L, O, and Q for Indiana.
- Mark theAuthorization to debit fundscheckbox in Column B.
- Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
Solution 2: Remove partial bank information
If you don't want to enter bank information:
- Go to .
- Select theDirect Debittab.
- Remove all bank information entries for Indiana, including any value (such asNONE) in Column H.
- Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.

Indiana requires complete bank information to qualify the return for e-filing. If you don't provide bank information, you'll need to paper file the Indiana return.
