Error: Field 'TaxPayerSection' cannot be empty

You'll get this error if Schedule A is missing taxpayer information.

Solution

If you marked the 1st checkbox on Kentucky Schedule A, page 1 for
Check this box and complete page 4, Apportionment and Allocation Continuation Sheet...
, you'll need to enter taxpayer information on page 4.
  1. Go to
    Tax Forms
    States
    Kentucky
    Sch A - Apportionment and Allocation
    Schedule A, page 1
    .
  2. Double check the 1st checkbox on the page for
    Check this box and complete page 4, Apportionment and Allocation Continuation Sheet...
    . If the checkbox isn't applicable, unmark it.
  3. If it is applicable to the return, make sure it's marked then go to
    Schedule A, page 4
    .
  4. Enter the following for the taxpayer in Columns A, B, and C on Line 1:
    • Taxpayer Name
    • FEIN
    • Kentucky Corporation/LLET Account Numbers
  5. Do a full recompute, then print.
