If you marked the 1st checkbox on Kentucky Schedule A, page 1 for
Check this box and complete page 4, Apportionment and Allocation Continuation Sheet...
, you'll need to enter taxpayer information on page 4.- Go to .
- Double check the 1st checkbox on the page forCheck this box and complete page 4, Apportionment and Allocation Continuation Sheet.... If the checkbox isn't applicable, unmark it.
- If it is applicable to the return, make sure it's marked then go toSchedule A, page 4.
- Enter the following for the taxpayer in Columns A, B, and C on Line 1:
- Taxpayer Name
- FEIN
- Kentucky Corporation/LLET Account Numbers
- Do a full recompute, then print.
