Verify all partners have valid Social Security Numbers entered.

For foreign shareholders, enter 999-99-9999 as the Social Security number.

Verify that no foreign shareholders have SSNs ending in 0000.

Replace any 0000 entries with 999-99-9999.

If you use an aggregation file, verify it uses 999-99-9999 instead of 0s for foreign shareholder SSNs.

Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
