   Massachusetts Form 3 Line 9 Total must equal the sum of MA 3K1 lines 37 for all.

Select the
Reconciliation: Form 3 lines 9-12 and MA 3K1 lines 37-40
link next to Lines 9 and 10.
Review the
Withholding amount
in both the
Form 3, lines 9- 12, Totals
and
MA 3K1, lines 37-40, Totals for all partners
columns. They must match.
If you need to make changes, drill down on Line 9 or go to
Organizer

tab.
Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
