Check the amounts on Lines J and K for each partner in the K-1 aggregation file, including rounding. The totals of Column J and Column K on the Partners Directory must equal Line 25 and Line 26 on NJ-1065, Page 2.
Correct the K-1 aggregation file, remove it entirely from the locator, then reattach the corrected file.
Confirm that partner names on NJK-1 match the names on the Partners Directory exactly, including special characters.
Run a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
