IT-204-LL: Must check either ERO/Preparer Certification or Self-Filer Declaration. Both can NOT be selected at the same time. Go to Organizer / States Folder / Electronic Filing - IT-204-LL / Additional Information Screen / Electronic Signature.

In Organizer, select
States
, then
New York
, then
E-file
.
Select
Additional Information
.
Go to either
ERO/Preparer Certification and Signature (IT-204)
or
Self Filer Declaration and Signature (IT-204)
section.
Select either one of the options

Both sections cannot have the box checked. Please choose which one you are using ERO or Self Filer and check the box to agree to its terms.
Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
