NCD403-1330 e-file error
NCD403-1330: [D-403] If Part 4 Section B is present, Part 4 Line 13 must be equal to Part 4 Line 11 multiplied by Part 4 Line 12.
This happens when Form D-403 Part 4 Section B Line 13 is not calculated correctly.
Solution
Part 4 Section B Line 13 must equal Part 4 Section B line 11 multiplied by Part 4 Section B line 12.
- Check which partner is affected by reviewing the rejection message. The partner SSN will be listed by the rule number.
- In Tax Forms, selectStates, thenNorth Carolina.
- SelectPart 4 - Partner Detailthen the partner's name.
- Select thePartner informationhyperlink.
- Review line 13 for all partners and clear the overrides. Determine if the amount should be rounded up or down to the nearest dollar. For each partner that received the rejection, multiply Line 11 by Line 12 and round up or down accordingly.
If you're using an aggregation file to populate partners’ information, you need to make corrections in the aggregation file.
