Error: Field ‘RoutingTransitNumber’ with value '0', data is missing

This error occurs when bank information is populated for an Ohio 4708 or IT 1140 e-file but no payment is due.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    General Information
    Bank Information
    Direct Debit
    tab.
  2. Remove the amount to be debited from the bank information.
  3. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
