If there is an amount on PA20S\PA-65, Page 2, Section V, line 14b then you need to enter banking information.
Enter the bank information and fill out all blank columns for Pennsylvania, including columns C, D, G, and J.
If you're paying by check instead of direct debit, change the Tax Payment Method in column C to
Check
.
Do a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
