You'll get this error if the disregarded partner information contains a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).

Go to Organizer
, Partner Information
, Partner by Partner Data
, then select the partner name.

Select Partner Information
, Partner Information
, Disregarded Entity
, then Taxpayer identification number (TIN)
.

Clear the number.

If the screen is greyed out, go to

Sch K-1
[NAME]
Sch K-1 (tab)

. Select the Detail
link.

In the yellow workpaper, find the SSN/EIN
line. Clear the data by entering a spacebar override.

Do a full recompute, recreate the e-file, and resubmit.

Repeat these steps for all disregarded entities.
