Extension payment information e-file error

Extension Payment Information: There has been payment information entered for the Texas Extension, but the box to authorize the payment was not selected. Please review this through Organizer \ States \ Common State \ General Information \ Bank Information.
This happens when payment information is included in the return and shouldn't be.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    States
    ,
    Common State
    ,
    General Information
    , and then
    Bank Information
    .
  2. In the
    Direct Debit
     tab, review the
    Texas 2nd Extension
     row.
  3. Select
    None
     for tax payment method.
  4. Perform a full recompute to clear the diagnostic.
