This error occurs when TC-65 Line 3 or Line 4 contains NONE
instead of a blank or a number, preventing the calculation on Line 5.

65_016: TC-65 line 5 : Calculation Error : Add lines 3 and 4.

Clear NONE
from TC-65 Line 3 and/or Line 4 using one of these methods:

Method 1: Clear directly on the form

On Line 3 and Line 4, delete NONE
so the field is blank.

Method 2: Clear through Organizer State Adjustments

Go to

State Adjustments
Utah TC-65
Line Use tax

.

Remove any NONE
entry in the Use tax
field by deleting the text or overriding.

After clearing the value:

Recompute the return.

Recreate the e-file.
