Solution

Go to
Organizer
Partner Information
Partner by Partner Data
Columnar Partner Entry
.
Open the
Name and Address
tab.
In the
Partner Information
section, enter a valid 10-digit phone number in the
Phone Number
column for all partners.
Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
If you're using K-1 Aggregation, update the phone numbers in the aggregation file and re-attach it to the return.
