- Attach a file named exactlyFormBI477.pdf. This is case-sensitive.
- The PDF should contain the details from the populated lines that the diagnostic mentions.
- If you don't want to attach the file, remove the amounts on BI-477 Lines 9A, 9B, 15A, 18A, 22A, 22B, 23A, 23B, 27A, 29, 41A, 41B, 42A, 42B.
- Full recompute. Recreate the e-file.
