F1120-002-01 e-file error
The box is checked to indicate "Personal Holding Company" but Schedule PH is not attached.
This happens when the form indicates a Personal Holding Company but Schedule PH is not attached.
Solution
- Go toTax Forms, thenFederal, and select1120-US Corporation Income Tax Returnpage 1.
- Ensure that the field for Line 2Personal Holding co. (attach Sch. PH)is checked.
- Go toOrganizer, thenFederal E-file.
- SelectAdditional Information, and checkForms Included in E-fileto verify that the field for Schedule PH is checked to be included in the e-file.
- Go toTax Forms, thenFederal, and selectSch PH - Personal Holding Company TaxPage 1, Part III.
- Populate Line 26 on Schedule PH. You can enterNONEon this line.
- Do a full recompute and resubmit the e-file.
