Form 8991: The gross receipts entered in this return does meet the threshold but Form 8991 is not checked to be included in the federal e-file under the Organizer\Federal e-file\Additional Information\Forms Included in E-file. Please check the box "Generate Form 8991" in the Organizer\Foreign Information\Tax on Base Erosion Payments\General Information if you want to file this federal form. Please also check the box "Generate Form 8991" at the members that has 8991 entered as well even though the members does not meet the $500 million threshold.
This happens when the form 8991 is not included in the federal.
Solution
- Go to theOrganizer,Foreign Information, then theTax on Base Erosion Paymentsfolder.
- SelectGeneral Information.
- Mark the box forGenerate Form 8991.
- Do a full recompute.
- Recreate the e-file.
