SA-AL20C-001 and SA-AL20C-006 e-file errors
If StateAndLocalIncomeTaxes is populated a document named OtherTaxes.pdf should be attached showing a detailed schedule of taxes from the federal Form 1120 line 17.
This diagnostic generates when Alabama 20C, Page 2 Schedule A Line 1 is greater than zero.
Solution
- Verify the attachment is required. If Sch A Line 1 is blank in your return, remove any existing attachments for OtherTaxes and recreate the AL e-file to clear the diagnostic.
- If the attachment is required, go to and selectAttach PDF. The filename of the PDF must be exactlyOtherTaxes.pdf(case-sensitive). When you upload the file, the description must also beOtherTaxes.pdf(case-sensitive).
- Recompute the return and recreate the AL e-file to clear the diagnostic
