or
Electing member has property, payroll, or sales in California
(or both, as necessary).
In the same section, mark
Member is the Key Corporation
for 1 member only.
Clear
Check to exclude this member from Part I, Section A
for each electing member.
Repeat these steps so that at least 2 members are marked as electing members.
Reconsolidate the TopCon.
