G0000-030 e-file error
This happens when the member listing on California Schedule R-7 doesn't match the member listing on the California Combined Report Schedules. This is typically caused by Schedule R-7 having fewer than 2 members, or by a member being incorrectly designated as a single company.

Solution
- If Schedule R-7 has fewer than 2 members:
- Confirm your consolidation includes at least 2 members, with one marked as the Key Corporation.
- In each member, go to .
- For Schedule R-7 Information, markElecting member is incorporated, organized, qualified, or registered to do business in Californiaand/orElecting member has property, payroll, or sales in California.
- In the same section, markMember is the Key Corporationfor 1 member only.
- ClearCheck to exclude this member from Part I, Section Afor each electing member.
- Repeat these steps so that at least 2 members are marked as electing members.
- Reconsolidate the TopCon.
- If a listed Schedule R-7 member is missing from the Combined Reports:
- Confirm no return has been incorrectly designated as a single company. In the TopCon, go to tab.
- Right-click theSingle Companycheckbox and selectSubview.
- In theSubviewwindow, check for any company with anXin the Value column, since this indicates the company is designated as a single company. Your consolidation should have 1 parent, at least 1 subsidiary, and 1 eliminations locator, with no members set to a single company.
- For each company incorrectly designated as a single company, go to and change Column E forEntity TypetoSubsidiary(orParent) on the California line.
- Recompute any changed returns, reconsolidate the TopCon, and recreate the e-file.
