This information can be entered in Florida common state spreadsheet by going to organizer \ States \ Common State \ General information \ Books and Records and go to "Contact Person" tab. Books and Records and go to "Contact Person" tab.

Solution 1: Check the contact person for the return

tab.
Enter the first and last name of the contact person for Florida.
Go to
Organizer
States
Florida
General Information
.
Enter the date for the
Contact person for questions signature date
.
Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.

Solution 2: Remove Florida if it's not needed

Go to
Organizer

States
, and select
State and City Activation
.
In the
State and City Activation
spreadsheet, look for the Florida row.
In Column J, select
Delete State
.
Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
