GAR0000-021 e-file error
This error occurs when a PDF attachment link appears on the Georgia return, but the file isn't found in the attachment folder.

Solution
- Review Georgia return PDF attachments; file names with spaces, special characters, or over 23 characters will be rejected.
- Rename affected PDFs using only letters and numbers, no spaces or special characters, and 23 characters or fewer.
- In , remove any PDF attachments with issues.
- Reattach the renamed PDF file.
- Run a full recompute.
- Recreate the Georgia e-file.
- Resubmit the return.
