Error: The field ‘ReturnTs’ with value '0', data is missing

This validation error occurs when e-filing a 1120 Hawaii return. The ReturnTs field fails to parse because it contains '0' instead of the required date/time stamp.

Error message

  2. Clear Column B for Hawaii.
  3. Run a full recompute.
  4. Check Column B for Hawaii.
  5. Run a full recompute.

    Enable/Create Returns
    .
  7. Clear Column B for Hawaii.
  8. Run a full recompute.
  9. Check Column B for Hawaii.
  10. Run a full compute and recreate the e-file.
