Error: The field 'DateAcquired' with value 'S-VA-IO', data format is not correct

Kentucky doesn't allow Various as a selection for Date Acquired.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    Gains and Losses
    Disposition of Property
    Disposition Detail
    Sales of Business Property
    [property name]
    Sale of Business Property tab
  2. Make sure you don't have
    Various
    as a selection for Date Acquired.
  3. For any sale detail entered in the return for
    Date Alternatives for Print and E-file Purposes
    , select
    Use actual date for date acquired and sold
    and enter dates.
  4. For consolidated returns, you will need to make these changes in the subsidiary returns.
  5. Do a full recompute and reconsolidate if consolidated, and recreate the e-file.
