Solution

  1. Go to

    General Information
    , then
    Basic Return Information
    .
  2. Go to the
    Signature information
     tab and enter:
    1. Name
    2. Title
    3. PIN
    4. Phone
    5. Email address
    6. Date signed
  3. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    General Information
    , then
    Basic Return Information
    .
  4. On the
    Return Information
     tab, complete the
    Signing Officer
     section.
  5. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    States
    ,
    Maine
    , and
    General Information
    .
  6. On the
    General Information
     tab, complete the
    Business Representative
     section.
  7. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
