In the lower member, go to

APPLICATION OF OVERPAYMENT

If
Apply entire overpayment to estimate and credit excess to future years
is selected, switch to
Apply amount of overpayment and refund excess
.
Enter the specific amount.
Do a full recompute, reconsolidate the TopCon, then recreate the e-file.

Solution 2: If there's no overpayment

Select
Refund Entire Overpayment
in all entities, including the Topcon.
Do a full recompute, reconsolidate the TopCon, then recreate the e-file.
