Solution

  1. Go to
    Tax Forms
    Cities
    New York City, NY
    NYC-EXT and NYC-EXT.1
    Member Listing
    Federal EIN
    .
  2. Enter a valid 9-digit FEIN for the member where the FEIN is missing.
  3. Lock the fields.
  4. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
