E-file diagnostic: The electronic certification has not been checked

Electronic Filing - Franchise Return: The electronic certification has not been checked in Organizer States New York E-file Additional Information. Click on the blue link labeled "Electronic Signature Check-Off".
This happens when you attempt to e-file a return without agreeing to the electronic filing certification.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    New York
     folder.
  2. Select the
    E-file
     folder, then the
    Additional Information
     folder.
  3. In the
    Certification Check-Off
     tab, mark the
    I have read the certification above and agree
     checkbox.
  4. Do a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
