Error: The field 'NumberOfCGMs' with value 'X', data format is not correct

This validation error occurs when the TotalCRSCount or NumberOfCGMs fields on Rhode Island Form 1120C contain a negative value (X) instead of a non-negative integer. Recomputing subsidiaries and reconsolidating resolves the issue.
