    Annual Report
    .
  3. Go to the
    MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION (ENTER IN PROPER FORMAT MM/DD/YYYY)
     section.
  4. Fill in the date for the
    Date of this report
     line, if this is a consolidation go to the same area in the subsidiaries and fill in the date.
  5. Run a full recompute, reconsolidate, and recreate the e-file.
