Error: The field 'PaymentAmount' with value '0', data is missing

This validation error occurs when e-filing a Utah return with bank information entered but no payment amount. Utah requires a minimum payment when payment details are included.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    General Information
    Bank Information
    Payment of Estimates tab
     and locate the Utah row.
  2. If there's no payment due, remove the bank information and clear column B.
  3. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
