500AC-005 e-file error
You get this error when Schedule 500AC prints blank and is not included in the full XML in e-file Viewer.

Federal or State: VA Record No: 1 Form Occurrence No: 0 Field Seq No: 0 Form No: 500AC Page No: 1 Reject Code: 500AC-005 Path to XML Error: Error Category: Missing Data Rule Number: 500AC-005 Severity: Reject Data Value: Alternate Reject Code: 0 Message: All applicable columns for Affiliates must be populated on Schedule 500AC when Consolidated or Combined Checkbox is populated on page 1 of Form 500.
Solution
- Populate Schedule 500AC to file electronically.
- Add the affiliate data to Schedule 500AC before e-filing. A combined Virginia e-file can't be submitted with only 1 member.
