E-file is not currently available message

This message appears in the E-file Viewer when an electronic file is unavailable, unsupported, or affected by an invalid attachment file name.

Efile is not currently available

Create the electronic file. Validating the electronic file doesn’t create content that can be viewed in the E-file Viewer.

Confirm that the file is a MeF file in XML format. E-file Viewer only displays MeF files that use the XML format.

If the locator includes e-file attachments, review each attachment file name.

Make sure XML and PDF aren't used in the same attachment file name. For example,

Test123.XML.PDF

is invalid.

Remove the original e-file attachment from the attachment list.

Attach the file again using the corrected file name.
