This error occurs when your firm's network security prevents you from saving files from an internet location to your desktop.

PDF collate file creation failed

When saving the PDF, select the File Path Select
button.

Change the file path to a low-security location on your workstation.

Go to

Computer
C: drive
Users
Your sign in ID
AppData
LocalLow

.

Save the PDF to this location.

If you are unable to refer to the AppData folder, go to

Organize
Folder and Search Options
View

, and select Show Hidden Files and Folders
