Print Preview appears but generates two error prompts

Error message

Prompt 1: Root element is missing.

Prompt 2: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Solution

Close out of all print preview windows.
Select
Start

Select
Computer
or
My Computer
.
Open the
C:
drive.
Open the user's folder.
Select the folder marked with the user's Windows ID.
Open the
AppData
folder.
Open the
LocalLow
folder.
Open the
TaxClient
folder.
Delete the contents of the
TaxClient
folder, excluding any folder marked
2012
.
Don’t delete the
TaxClient
folder within
LocalLow
.

If the AppData folder doesn’t appear

Select the
Organize
dropdown in the upper-left corner of the folder window.
Select
Folder and search options
.
Select the
View
tab.
In the
Advanced Settings
section, locate
Hidden files and folders
.
Select or turn on
Show hidden files, folders, or drives
.
Select
Apply
.
Select
OK
.
