Unable to open locator or it's stuck in compute
Scenario
You can't open a locator or it's stuck in compute mode.
Solution
Make note of the account number and firm information for Support.
- Go toHelp,Account Info.
- Select the tax year and thenDisplay.
- Copy the firm information down and open a ticket with Support.
See a consultant and/or development for this situation as they'll need to perform a compute reset or free the locator.
