My favorites

The All Binders screen has two tabs,
All Binders
and
My Favorites
. You can select binders as favorites across all workareas and view them on the
My Favorites
tab. Assigning binders to My Favorites does not remove them from the All binders list.

Add binders to my favorites

  1. On the
    All Binders
    list, select a
    Workarea
    .
  2. Select the binder(s) you want to add to
    My Favorites
    .
  3. On the menu bar select
    Add to My favorites
    to add the binder(s) to the
    My Favorites
    list.
  4. You can select the
    My Favorites
    tab to see the binders you added.
  • Favorites are per user and will be retained if you log out and log in again or change Workareas.
  • You can add binders from multiple Workareas. The
    Workareas
    column shows the Workareas of the binders in your favorites.
  • You can set up filters on the
    My Favorites
    tab. These are specific to your
    My Favorites
    view and do not affect the filters on your
    All Binders
    list.

  • Clear Filters
  • Settings

Removing Binders from My Favorites

  1. On the
    My Favorites
    tab, select the checkbox for the binder(s) you want to remove from the list.
  2. Select
    Remove from My Favorites
    .
