User setup and access
You must have both a license for K-1 aggregator and have the correct permissions to use it in the tax product.
Grant User Rights
- Go toAdmin, thenAccess Control.
- Select theUser.
- SelectRights, then select theK1Analyzercheckbox.
- SelectUpdate.
Open the K-1 Aggregator
- Select theK1Analyzeron the side navigation.
- Tie the data in the K-1 Aggregator to theReturn IDandAccount Numberby hovering over one of the instances and selecting the related pencil under Tools.
- In the resulting window, go to and enter theReturn IDand theAccount Number.
- SelectUpdate.
Grant user rights
To use the K-1 Aggregator, the K-1 Administrator user must assign user permissions in the K-1 product. This turns on the tile on the ONESOURCE platform.
Select the K-1 Analyzer tile.
note
If you are logged in as the ONESOURCE Administrator, you cannot launch the K-1 Analyzer tile. You must log out as the Administrator and log back on as a user other than the Administrator.
To tie the data in the K-1 Aggregator to the return ID and account number, hover over one of the instances and select the related pencil icon under
