Enter default Form 5471 filer information
Forms 5471, 8858, and 8865 filer information can be entered for each foreign entity in Organizer or in the Enterprise Control Panel (ECP).
- Go toEnterprise Control Panel,International, and thenForeign Form Default Filer.
- Enter the filer's name, address, FEIN, tax year, and voting percentage. If you're filing foreign entity returns for multiple taxpayers, enter information for the shareholder with the largest volume of returns. You must override information in Organizer for the returns related to the other filers.
