Create a Form 8975 Schedule A mapping chart
- SelectCharts, and thenFederal | Accounts and Adjustments.
- SelectAdd Chart.noteThis chart defines the relationship between a given federal chart and the lines on the form. You can create multiple Form 8975 charts for a single federal chart.
- To map an account, selectFederal Account(s).
- Select the appropriate tax return line and thenMap.
- You can:
- SelectExportto generate an xlsx file listing all accounts in the federal chart with a related tax return line.
- SelectPrintto produce an xlsx or PDF report that includes only those federal accounts that are cross referenced to a Schedule A field.
- Importa mapping. If a mapped account's included in the file with a blank tax return line, the mapping gets removed for the federal account during import.noteYou can export a mapping and edit that file and then import those changes.
- When ready, selectSave.
