Transfer ONESOURCE State Apportionment data to ONESOURCE Income Tax

You initiate the state apportionment integration during the compute process.
The transfer can be initiated within a single member binder, in a consolidation binder, or in a batch compute of multiple binders.
When transferring in a single member binder or member binders for divisional, sub, and top consolidation binders you must select the Update Organizer with ONESOURCE State Apportionment compute option for the member binders that are mapped in ONESOURCE Mapping.
note
The compute option's not available in top or sub consolidation binders. Select the option in divisional consolidations if you want the data to transfer to the divisional consolidation rather than the member division binders.
  1. Do one of the following:
    1. In single member binders, in
      TAS
      , select
      Compute
      .
    2. In a divisional consolidation binder, in
      TAS
      , select
      Consolidate
. If you want to transfer the data to the divisional consolidation rather than the member division binders, select
Update Organizer with ONESOURCE State Apportionment
. Use the divisional consolidation compute option if the entity map has multiple division entities mapped to a single Income Tax divisional consolidation company.
      note
ONESOURCE Income Tax only allows you to directly enter state allocation and apportionment data in non-consolidation and divisional consolidation binders. Therefore, the
Update Organizer with ONESOURCE State Apportionment
compute option isn't available in subsidiary or top consolidation binders.
