Configure alert settings and dashboard thresholds
Set which anomaly types appear on your dashboard, the thresholds that trigger them, and how often you receive email alerts.
Each user manages their own settings. The system doesn’t display anomalies that fall below your configured threshold on your dashboard, and it doesn’t send you a notification for them.
- Open theAlert Settings and Dashboard Thresholdspanel.
- To mark a type as high priority, set a second, higher threshold.For Exemption Certificate, set high priority by subcategory instead of by a numeric threshold.
- Set the email frequency for all anomalies and, separately, for high-priority anomalies.For each, chooseDaily summary,Weekly summary, orOff.
The dashboard shows the anomaly types and thresholds you configured, and the system sends email alerts at the frequencies you set.
