Get access to Anomaly Detection

Thomson Reuters enables Anomaly Detection on request, and users need the Anomaly Reviewer User role to use the dashboard.
You need to have the Company Administrator role to view or change role assignments.
To request Anomaly Detection, contact Thomson Reuters Professional Services or your Thomson Reuters representative.
Users need the Anomaly Reviewer User role to review anomalies. Company Administrators can see who has the role, and grant or remove it, on the Users and Roles screen.
  1. Open the
    Users and Roles
     screen.
  2. Filter the list by the
    Anomaly Reviewer User
     role.
  3. Review which users have the role.
    To grant or remove the role, use the same screen.
  4. Export the list to Excel.
    This is the general Users and Roles export. It is separate from the CSV export on the Anomaly Detection dashboard.
After Thomson Reuters enables Anomaly Detection and you have the role, you can open the dashboard from
