Types of rule qualifiers

You can set these 4 conditions (referred to as rule qualifier types) on a rule and can be used in combination, or in an and/or rule, as needed.

Condition	Description
Authority	Allows you to test if another authority will or won't assess tax of the specified type for a particular transaction.
License	Allows you to test if a transaction's buyer or seller has a license that matches or doesn't match a specified license type.
List	Allows you to test if an XML element contains or doesn't contain a specific value found in the selected lookup list.
Rule	Allows you to test if an XML element's value meets a specified condition.
