Use lookup lists with rule qualifiers

Using lookup lists, you can maintain lists of related items and organize conditions in a manageable way.
Lookup lists allow you to reduce the number of rule qualifiers and TransEditors you need to create. A lookup list is a table of values, each including a start date and optional end date. The rule qualifier indicates the particular project ID passed in field 1 exists in the product ID lookup list, so the associate rate will be triggered.
For example, you can add project IDs to lookup lists, then the list of project IDs can be referred to in a custom rule to trigger a specific rate.
