Manage exchange rate sources

An exchange rate source is the source from which your company obtains foreign currency exchange rates.
To manage exchange rate sources:
  1. Go to
    Configuration
    ,
    Currency Data
    , and then
    Exchange Rate Sources
    .
  2. You can add, edit, and delete exchange rate sources.
    tip
    When adding an exchange rate source, you can select an intermediate currency. With this selection, all currency conversions proceed through the select currency. For example, if you select United States dollar, a conversion from the Canadian dollar to the euro will occur in 2 steps: Canadian dollar to U.S. dollar then U.S. dollar to the euro. This greatly reduces the number of individual exchange rates that need to be maintained to enable conversions between multiple currencies.
