Manage exchange rates

Create and upload Exchange Rates covering dates up to 5 years before the current date using ONESOURCE Indirect Tax or APIs.
To add, edit, or delete exchange rates:
  1. Go to Configuration, Currency Data, and then Exchange Rates.
  2. You can add, edit, or delete Exchange Rates.
    tip
    • When adding an exchange rate, you can use the
      Mirror Exchange Rate
       option. The system creates a mirrored exchange rate as the reciprocal of the rate you're configuring. For example, if you create an exchange rate to convert U.S. dollars to euros with a rate of 0.7799, the system also creates a mirrored exchange rate converting euros to U.S. dollars with a rate of 1.2822, using the same start and end dates.
    • A start date can't be more than 540 days in the past.
    • An end date can't be more than 90 days in the future.
    • Dates older than 5 years are grayed out in the date picker. This applies across the
