About the dashboard
This information provides a summary of the Determination Anywhere (DA) dashboard, the central screen for monitoring DA instances.
The dashboard lets you take administrative actions and open detailed views for instances, hubs, pods, and errors. Go to to view the status of DA instances.
What is an instance?
An instance is a deployment of the DA tax engine and its supporting components, such as the synchronization module. For example, a cloud environment hosting DA counts as 1 instance. A physical store running DA on a local server counts as another instance. Make sure to assign a meaningful name to each instance to ensure clear identification on the dashboard.
What you see on this screen depends on your account's configuration:
- DA Not Enabled:The screen shows a message that directs you to contact your administrator.
- DA Enabled (No Instances):The screen shows a message that indicates no instances exist and directs you to more information.
- DA Enabled (With Instances):The screen shows a powerful grid view that lets you monitor, search, and sort active instances.
