Sync configurations to DA instances

Use
Sync configurations
to push pending configuration changes from Enterprise Cloud to all Determination Anywhere (DA) instances. Examples include new companies, mapping rules, and basic updates. This ensures consistency across your DA environment.
To sync configurations:
  1. Go to
    Determination Anywhere
    DA Dashboard
    .
  2. Select
    Sync configurations
    .
You have 2 options to select for sync methods:
  • Review changes then sync
    (recommended):
    • For streaming-enabled DA Cloud customers when the commit and push workflow is
      enabled
      at the tenant level.
    • This lets you preview a summary of added, edited, and deleted items before verifying.
  • Sync all configurations
    (administrations only):
    • Used by SDI and streaming-enabled DA Cloud customers. This replaces all existing configurations on every instance with the current central configuration.
    • Use only for a full reset or to establish a clean baseline.
