View hub details

Use the
Hub details
 window to view read-only information for a Determination Anywhere (DA) hub and its associated instances. Verify the hub version, see which instances belong to the hub, search for instances, and open an instance to investigate further.
To view Hub details:
Option 1: View details on the dashboard
  1. Go to
    Determination Anywhere
    DA Dashboard
    .
  2. Select the Hub name in the Hub column.
Option 2: View details on the DA instance details window
  1. Go to the
    DA Dashboard
    .
  2. Select an instance name in the Instance column. This opens the
    DA instance details
     window.
  3. Select
    View details
     in the Hub section.
    note
    View details
    is
    disabled
     when an instance isn't associated with a hub.

Functionalities and processes

The Hub window shows read-only hub information, including the current DA hub version.
Manage and view hub instances
  • View instances:
     Select the Hub instances header or the arrow to expand or collapse the section. This expands the Hub instances section to view all instances associated with the hub.
  • Search for an instance:
     Use
    Search
     to filter the list as you enter.
  • View details:
     Select an
    Instance name
     to close the
    Hub details
     window and open the
    DA instance details
     window for that instance.

Field descriptions

Hub details information
Field element
Description
Hub title
The name of the current hub is shown in the window title.
DA hub version
The current DA hub application version.
Hub instances
A collapsible section listing all DA instances in the hub. Select to expand or collapse.
Search
Filters the instances list by name.
Instance name
The DA instance name. Select it to open the instance’s details window.
Example use case
Scenario: A DA tenant administrator needs to verify that all instances in Hub A are accounted for after maintenance. They also want to review instance

  • The administrator goes to the
    DA Dashboard
     and searches for Hub A.
  • Select Hub A to open the
    Hub details
     window. The administrator verifies the DA hub version.
  • Expand the Hub instances section and search for
    dev-aws-us4
     to filter the list.
  • Select the
    dev-aws-us4-w1f
     instance name. The
    Hub details
     window closes, and the
    DA instance details
     window opens for that instance. The administrator then reviews the application, content, and configuration versions.
